I have been going to Dr Langouis for almost 7 years I have always found that Dr Langouis and staff to be extremely helpful and caring. People who want to complain about the wait . That it is a waste of their time. Think of it his way to the Dr. Is in the office from early morning and I know that a lot of times he is still seeing patients well after 6 pm and then there is always the paper work
Dr. Langois saved me from a life of inability. He is so busy and doesn't have the time with each patient for idol chit chat. Anyone who says this is a problem then dont come back. Save that time for someone who appreciate effective and quality care.
I would say one of the most horrible disrespectful experiences I ever had I am in extreme pain pain but I rather stay like that or blow my brains out and get this over with and rest forever than wait for 3 hours after my appointment in the worn out uncomfortable seats and be talked to with disrespect by God ( that doctor) or his staff
wow... i am so ashamed to have even given them my time. the staff is extremely disrespectful, especially linda and aleena their simply pathetic with no manners and respect for patients. lack of care for another and intolerable terminology. I will never be visiting this pitiful place again even if you paid me to. horrible experience. I tried to talk to another employee and it was even worse than the first time.
