Avoid this place at all costs! They made a mistake and overcharged my card. When I pointed it out, the employee took it upon herself to VOID the transaction without even explaining what that meant or getting my consent. My money is now frozen/pending in my bank account because of their mistake.Instead of apologizing and waiting for the bank to resolve their error, or accepting alternative solutions like Zelle, they became aggressive and called the police on me just to bully and intimidate me into paying TWICE! Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this nail salon. The customer service was poor, the staff were not friendly, and they were very rude. I did not feel welcomed and I hope they improve how they treat customers. I never recommended
