Chrome is such a wonderful place! Every person in the salon was kind, respectful, and professional. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. Bailey was attentive to my needs and was able to achieve the results I wanted and set the proper expectations. She went above and beyond and I cannot be more thrilled about how my hair turned out after. I will definitely come back!
Kayla at Chrome Tower Point was amazing and so sweet! I came in with a mess and walked out loving my hair!
I loved my stylist (Heather Joseph), and have been going to her for years and years. She does a fabulous job but is completely unreliable. I've had six or more appointments cancelled with very little notice; sometimes less than three hours. I've been driving from Houston for two years just to get my hair cut by her and I'm no longer doing that. So disappointed to lose a great stylist but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Tori did such a fantastic job! I love my hair and will definitely be going back to see her again!
