Jenn is chicken noodle soup for the hair. She is a high-end, highly trained stylist in a comfortable welcoming atmosphere. She is a master colorist and never fails at being able to accommodate my “I don’t know what I want today” attitude. She always meets me with an idea or a suggestion. She is kind, giving and prompt. She is always prepared and focused for every appointment I have with her. I’m so thankful to the friend that shared her hair gal with me when I moved to the area. Thanks Jenn! See you next time!

I would give her a zero. I am sitting here with a 12 year old young man who is crying because my birthday present to him was ruined by this supposed professional. We had an appt yesterday to have his hair dyed. She didn't show up. Then she rearranged things and had an appointment set up for today. Again she didn't show up. Completly unforgivable and unprofessional. The appropriate thing to do is communicate. Jenn and my SIL (Gigi P who reviewed below) had a misunderstanding about an appointment time yesterday. We showed up; Jenn didn’t. She stated that she sent a link for a deposit to confirm the appointment but a link was never sent. I sent her screenshots for proof. Jenn offered to reschedule and meet us at the salon at 9:30 the next day. Again Jenn didn’t show up and she blocked me on Facebook so that I could not message her anymore. Jennifer is simply the best! She is the first stylist I found after moving to the area and now I will keep coming back. She really knows what she's doing with color and is an amazing conversationalist as well. Always love spending time in your chair!

My curls haven't been this pretty in a long time. And the color is perfect. I totally recommend her if you have curly hair or need a color. She is awesome!
