I've been coming to Chroma since it opened. I had the best cut yet from Jairo, who fixed a boring bob into a much more stylish and better shaped version. So happy with it! All the staff are very friendly and the vibe is very Roncy - chill and unpretentious.

I had an excellent first experience at Chroma! The owner, Giada is very warm and professional. She truly listened and understood what I was looking for. Although I initially asked for highlights, Giada recommended adding some lowlights as well, and the result was perfect as was my haircut. Highly recommend.

EDIT : August 19th The owner responded to my original complaint and I’d like to correct their error. Yes they called me back when I complained - the owner was extremely rude on the phone. She offered service - I never went back. I had a wedding event to attend. Till this day - I have not revisited this location. Poor customer service. Note to the staff and owners - check your tone when speaking to customers. I came in for a blowout and was very clear about the voluminous look I wanted—something I’ve had done at other salons with no issue. Instead, the stylist used a flat iron to give me crimp-like curls that didn’t hold and fell flat within hours, with straight ends that looked unfinished. When I gently shared that I’d had better results elsewhere, they implied I needed a haircut due to having no layers, which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
