Took my insurance claim here, got rear ended and decided to take it here again since 2019-2025. Before and after pictures. Good customer service. Good communication. Paint match. Work is done completely with no issues or complaints.
Amazing people and knowledgeable and fixed my car really quick and cheap
My husband and I got in an accident about two months ago. And while after processing with the insurance, we were able to make some accommodations and fix our car, and we did Google search and found Christy’s auto body repair. I only met the owner of this business on the day for the pick up of the car. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a body shop, Christy was amazing and went above and beyond when it came to repairing my Civic. Quick turn around time with top quality customer service.
The staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked about the status of my car. They seemed annoyed that I was checking in and didn’t offer any useful information. Not the level of professionalism I expected.
