I feel like she rushed my appointment and did not listen to me. She diagnosed me with something that kind of offended me.
Christy is the best Dermatologist I have ever had. I never feel rushed, and she always takes time to chat and discuss progress and treatment options and I feel super comfortable with her as a person and professional. Love her.
My visit seemed very cursory and rushed; I was provided minimal information and did not have a chance to ask questions … no real consultation.
The office staff is wildly unprofessional and absolutely unhelpful. They’re rude and could care less about patients. Dr. Raineys communication is pathetic at best and her response time is almost nonexistent. I did a virtual appointment with her and got some of the worst service I have received from a dermatologist and by far the worst service from any office staff. Don’t waste your time or money!
Beware of this practice. They're shady and crooks! Office staff are rude and unprofessional. Do not make a payment plan or become a patient! I had made a payment arrangement with her office and they took out more than the monthly agreement without my knowledge or consent in addition to the monthly agreement. The unauthorized charges nearly exhausted all the funds in my HSA. I called the office for an explanation and was place on hold for nearly 15 minutes and no one came back to the line. Wonderful and informative night with Dr. Rainey and Dr. Finklea! Both provided a dermatology presentation to a room full of dentists so we can better serve our patients, families and friends. Both TOP in their fields! Thanks, Bryce
Dr Rainey is far and away the best dermatologist I've ever seen. She is kind, she listens, she is fantastic with diagnoses (even uncommon ones), and she's quick and efficient. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone. She is not always in the office, but she is worth waiting for.
I thought the first time my daughter went the PA may have just had an off day. I was wrong, not only did her wound open up the day after he removed the stitches, we had to go to the ER and pay the big money to get it stoped because the facility was closed. She went again to get a mole removed and was released while still bleeding profusely. When she arrived home the car was stained and we had to put pressure on it for 2 hours.
