If I could give 0 stars I would. The physician's approach was dismissive and inefficient. A student was sent in to ask initial questions, and the actual consultation lasted a mere five minutes, concluding with a bloodwork order. Despite the bloodwork returning normal, neither the physician nor the nursing staff offered any follow-up to address my ongoing symptoms. It's clear she is uninterested in providing thorough care.
I did not have a good experience during my visit. The appointment lasted only about three minutes, and the provider never asked me what was wrong. She had me lie down for an exam without explaining what she was doing or giving any warning. No lubricant was used, which made the examination extremely painful. I later saw a different doctor who diagnosed me with an abnormally small hymen. She told me that nothing larger than a pinky finger should be inserted in that area. Yesterday I was suppose to get my first IUD ever. I was already nervous going in and didn’t know Christy at all. When she came to meet me she barely asked if I had any questions and rushed into the procedure. From the very beginning she was very rough which made it very painful. She explained what was happening for about 30 seconds and then stopped. Wife had a horrible experience. Read the review before as it is very accurate to how she is. Rushed through the exam with 0 regard to my wife’s concerns. Very poor experience, will be finding a new provider.
