Extremely unprofessional canceled my appointments due to an old issue where I missed 3 appointments and didn’t let me know until 2 weeks before appointment that was scheduled months in advance even after talking with her 2 weeks ago I would highly recommend staying away from her and her office cause she genuinely doesn’t care especially since I have a kidney stone blocking. I had an amazing experience with Christy after having a horrible experience with Urology of Indiana. Her communication was the best that I've ever had from a medical professional. She was kind, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. She worked with me to develop a game plan on how to deal with my kidney stones that we both were comfortable with. I can't express my gratitude enough for her and I highly recommend her!

Steph and Bill at Carmel office where beyond helpful. It all went downhill when our only choice was to go the Indianapolis office. They really should have someone available to answer a phone call.
