Extremely unprofessional canceled my appointments due to an old issue where I missed 3 appointments and didn’t let me know until 2 weeks before appointment that was scheduled months in advance even after talking with her 2 weeks ago I would highly recommend staying away from her and her office cause she genuinely doesn’t care especially since I have a kidney stone blocking. Kristy is great. Good listener and takes her time w/ you. Highly recommend
Steph and Bill at Carmel office where beyond helpful. It all went downhill when our only choice was to go the Indianapolis office. They really should have someone available to answer a phone call.
Will not return your call for days. Nobody ever available to answer the phone.
