Good experience
Dr Eric Lavoy was very nice 10/10 physician. The gentleman and the lady at the front desk were really nice too. Clean and organized. No complaints. Dr Lavoy called my prescription in immediately, as he said he would.
First time I have been here in a long time, I have go e to hospitality mostly but they have really stepped up their game. If you have my chart you can set an instant appointment allowing you to fill out the paperwork on the app before going in which is so great. Got seen almost immediately and got great care.
I visited this location with my daughter, and while they weren’t able to help with what we needed, Rebecca went above and beyond to call around and find someone who could get us in today and was able to help. I didn’t ask her to do that, she simply took it upon herself to make sure my daughter was seen by a practitioner today. She easily could’ve simply explained that they didn’t offer what she needed, or even let us pay for a visit that would’ve left us without answers. I am so beyond appreciative for her help.
