I visited this location with my daughter, and while they weren’t able to help with what we needed, Rebecca went above and beyond to call around and find someone who could get us in today and was able to help. I didn’t ask her to do that, she simply took it upon herself to make sure my daughter was seen by a practitioner today. She easily could’ve simply explained that they didn’t offer what she needed, or even let us pay for a visit that would’ve left us without answers. I am so beyond appreciative for her help.
I, a senior citizen, came to town six days ago, with no doctor. Due to an emergency, I went there and was treated with the utmost respect and care. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and the nurse practitioner, V. Obianwu handled the emergency and treatment in the most knowledgeable and professional way. They went the extra mile with a stranger, and I hope to use their doctors
LVN Patricia left wrong notes on my chart for a different patient. I called and she didn't apologize and didn't even care. I had to ask her twice to make sure she was going to correct it. I've been on hold for 15 minutes to reach a supervisor. I will not go back to this clinic. They took my blood pressure, doctor listened to my heart, and that was it. FYI, wrist blood pressure cuffs do not work per doctor and LVN Patricia.
You can't even get anyone on the phone. Nursing staff or administration. What's the use, how good can it be? If they can't even simply manage incoming calls how effcient is the organization really?
