Great experience. I went on a Saturday morning for an upper respiratory infection. I was able to be seen quickly, and the front office, nurse, and doctor were very pleasant.

I had an exceptional experience at this urgent care. From the moment we walked in, the front office staff was welcoming and kind. The medical assistant and nurse were both professional, compassionate, and attentive to my daughter’s needs. The doctor not only provided excellent care but also shook my hand, which made the experience feel very personal and respectful. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was cared for. I’m very grateful for the outstanding service we received!
Melinda Hill was condescending and rude. I came in for earache and she did not stay in the room for even 3 minutes. And she acted like she could care less about her patients
Returned here as I've been multipld times with never an issue. This time around I was seen for possibly more kidney stones of what I figured was another kidney infection ( from stones) I was in the facility maybe 15 minutes...long enough to do a Urine culture. REMEMBER 15 MINUTES.& 1 URINE CULTURE This time of visit I had insurance. ..to say I am in shock over the bill is an understatement. Billed my insurance over 1100.
