After reading other reviews about being charged for outpatient hospital services instead of URGENT CARE services as the building states, I felt compelled to also share my experience with this problem. My insurance benefits for urgent care state, we pay our copay, deductible waved and covered at 100%. Dr Kirby provided a short term solution to my problem and suggested a specialist who may provide a long term solution. I was extremely pleased with her care.
Seems like we have issues every time we go to this clinic. One time they missed the possibility that my mother in law had pneumonia. Another time they sent prescriptions to wrong pharmacy. We called them and had them change the pharmacy. Four hours later, the correct pharmacy still didn’t have the prescription orders. Pharmacy transferred the prescriptions themselves but it turned out that the clinic didn’t even send orders for all the prescriptions.
