LVN Patricia left wrong notes on my chart for a different patient. I called and she didn't apologize and didn't even care. I had to ask her twice to make sure she was going to correct it. I've been on hold for 15 minutes to reach a supervisor. I will not go back to this clinic. They took my blood pressure, doctor listened to my heart, and that was it. FYI, wrist blood pressure cuffs do not work per doctor and LVN Patricia.
You can't even get anyone on the phone. Nursing staff or administration. What's the use, how good can it be? If they can't even simply manage incoming calls how effcient is the organization really?
I was seen at the CHRISTUS Urgent Care on Broadway in Tyler. The staff were amazing, from the young man who checked me in to medical staff who took such good care of me. Dr. Odom and the two nurses, Mary and Sara worked together to get my pain under control and get me comfortable. I will definitely recommend this Urgent Care to others.
Tried to come here just to get a steroid shot for some nose congestion only to be told they dont do them any more bc 1 person reacted bad to it as of that isn't a possibility with all medicine. So went to another place and ended up with a $900 bill for a single shot.
