Melinda Hill was condescending and rude. I came in for earache and she did not stay in the room for even 3 minutes. And she acted like she could care less about her patients
Returned here as I've been multipld times with never an issue. This time around I was seen for possibly more kidney stones of what I figured was another kidney infection ( from stones) I was in the facility maybe 15 minutes...long enough to do a Urine culture. REMEMBER 15 MINUTES.& 1 URINE CULTURE This time of visit I had insurance. ..to say I am in shock over the bill is an understatement. Billed my insurance over 1100. My elderly diabetic mother went for a viral infection that was causing severe pink eye, asked for advice or an antibiotic ointment to help soothe the symptoms, and doc said he didn't think it was needed, that OTC eye drops would be fine. When those did not bring any relief, I called and asked if they wouldn't mind sending over a prescription for the ointment. As a health provider personnel, I can say this place deserves 6 stars! Very smooth checking in with Ms. Yessica, the nurse was nice and very understanding with my wife, she listened carefully to us, wrote down all our concerns, finally Dr. La voy was a great of help, he addressed all issues, answered all questions, gave us ample time to chat with! Highly recommended place and of course it will be my to go spot!
Check in with Robbie was fantastic. She did all the work. Is all I had to do was answer three questions and sign with the stylist. I hope and pray my visit with the DR goes as well.
