We have used this office several times over the last 2 years and have been impressed with the service and staff each time.
Very similar situation to the review before mine, just take a look. I went there because it says "Urgent Care", so I paid the copay that day and now I had to pay hundreds of dollars because they billed as HOSPITAL to my private insurances. BE AWARE friends.
Took my son for an ear infection. I have private insurance BCBS. They charged the standard $55 copay. Two weeks later get billed another $169. Called to inquire and was told they billed as an office visit and it's my insurance mistake. Insurance company said they billed as a hospital visit so it's straight to deductible instead of standard preventative care. Called christus again and they claimed since the hospital took over all the urgent cares they're allowed to bill that way. It's a complete scam for them to charge more. ... read more
She was extremely thorough, kind, and friendly.
Came in for mild wound care and every single person from the person at the front desk, the intake nurse, the xray technician, and the nurse practitioner were absolutely great. Efficient but thorough, professional but personable. My discharge papers were also very thorough and informative.
