Parking for the building we were going to was full since 8am, forcing us to use paid parking that was a block away and no reimbursement. There is an information desk and then admissions desk before you can get to where you need to be for your procedure. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and concerned in our comfort by offering a wheelchair for me as I was in a backbrace and using a cane. Everything is open and we'll lit with beautiful artwork all around. All in all a peaceful place to be.
