The incompetence of the staff in Dr. Charles Beall's office was unbelievable. I was released from the hospital three weeks ago and referred to this office only to get the run around and sent through hoops for three weeks. In the end, I was told that the doctor could not see me because he was a general surgeon. No apology for losing a disc that they had me to FedEx to them over night. No accountability for the person GSmith who signed for the disc. Just wholly unprofessional.
