Have used Christus Turtle Creek for years now. I debated about changing when Dr. Amy Starr retired a couple of years ago but decided to stick it out. My daughter has ADHD and we see the doctor twice a year one office visit and one wellness. At our most recent wellness exam, we discussed my daughter's growth which is common practice when you have a child on ADHD medication. Front office staff and the nurse were very pleasant and nice. Very easy scheduling and check in process. We saw Dr Park and I was not very impressed, I felt that professionalism was slightly lacking throughout our interaction. I was also left under the impression that he was not on board with me exercising parental choice regarding certain medical decisions for my child. He declined to let us continue coming to the clinic for visits due to this matter.
Dr Cates is awesome! Excellent bedside manner, knowledgeable, timely, & kind.
