Dr Allison Schelber Poulos was amazing staff was great. Dr listened and was concerned and sent all lab and referral quickly. Lab was great it does get busy but it goes quickly. Great job
The lab is a joke. I understand the people there don't want to do their job, but they shouldn't be taking their issues out on the patients. Apparently I'm not the only person whose been mistreated, since they only have one star. You can tell the company doesn't care. Avoid at all costs.
Edit 2: wow ok so now my PCP quit on me, refuses to state any type of reason for this, the office cannot even tell me why. She seriously sent me a letter stating she is “withdrawing from [my] care.” Not only is this beyond unprofessional (I had not even seen her in months and she is still actively seeing other patients) but I am also pretty sure it is legally and morally wrong. Go elsewhere! Don't waste your money. I'm sure if I felt like I received any service I would probably be complaining about it but I received NO HELP from this clinic. Only one with an MRI machine and the only reason I went. PA never looked at the injury. at no time was the MRI mentioned and the only help(?) I was given was to go see my PCP. No Hippocratic oath I guess? At this point I would love to go on but I just want my money back!
Very efficient, responds to messages left on the my chart usually within 24 hours. Sends prescriptions to the drug store in a timely manner. Dr Neff and his staff are caring, efficient, friendly and easy to communicate with. I have never had a problem getting a referral. I am very happy with this practice.
