Dr Allison Schelber Poulos was amazing staff was great. Dr listened and was concerned and sent all lab and referral quickly. Lab was great it does get busy but it goes quickly. Great job
The lab is a joke. I understand the people there don't want to do their job, but they shouldn't be taking their issues out on the patients. Apparently I'm not the only person whose been mistreated, since they only have one star. You can tell the company doesn't care. Avoid at all costs.
Edit 2: wow ok so now my PCP quit on me, refuses to state any type of reason for this, the office cannot even tell me why. She seriously sent me a letter stating she is “withdrawing from [my] care.” Not only is this beyond unprofessional (I had not even seen her in months and she is still actively seeing other patients) but I am also pretty sure it is legally and morally wrong. Aren’t y’all supposed to take an oath to “do no harm”? Guess that doesn’t mean anything to this clinic. Sad. Edit: I just want to edit this to say th... read more

Hours of operation is 8:00am to 5:00pm. I went there for a simple test, at approximately 430 on Thursday, they use an excuse about fasting 1 hour prior to this test so they could not do it, despite the difference in instructions from doctor's note. Attempted a second time today Friday, and I arrived at 4:30 pm, but they closed down early. Staff were walking out of the office and were asked why the doors were closed they stated that their computers were down and not very convincingly. This is an outrage.
