My doctor set over a referral on December 1st. On December the 10th I called an ebony said she would put it on the doctor's desk and that she would call me with an appointment. On December 19th I called back because I never received an appointment. Ebony said give her 20 minutes and she would call me back. Never received a phone call. My time at the hematology cancer center was the best I have ever had. The staff there were nice, they were friendly, they were professional and they made me feel at ease. I made a lot of new friends there.. May God bless each and everyone of them.
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The wait times aren't the best. And I have had difficulty getting a return call when I have a treatment question. But I am very satisfied with the care overall.
