Tried to check in with young man at desk, was too busy talking to another staff member. Stood there for about 10 minutes until she moved out of the way and overheard them gossiping about another lady that was in the waiting area with me... Did not feel comfortable or welcomed, called a few days later to ask to speak to someone in management and was left on hold for 15 minutes until I hung up. Treated our father amazingly and everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. I got lost (in a panic) trying to find my way to his room and the valet and multiple other staff members on the floors were quick to ask me if I needed guidance and helped point me where I needed to go. Not a single negative experience at this hospital.
Treated my father horrible. They put him in the heart wing and gave him a cardiologist who did a procedure on his lungs that made him worse, AND made treatment by pulmonologist (lung specialist) extremely difficult. Lots of other choices, go there not to these hacks.
