DR i saw was great. No follow up call, no call for lab results. Mrs. Cheryl is really nice at the front desk. The girl that sits on the right hates her life apparently. She acts like you are a bother. There are not any good doctors offices jn alexandria anymore that I can find. Every doctors office has the worse people at rhe front desk.
My nurse practitioner Wendy is excellent. I would recommend her to anyone. BUT, all 3 front desk girls are absolutely terrible!! They are so rude and don’t pay attention to you because you hey are on their phones. If I didn’t like Wendy so much I would have left a long time ago!!!! I have talked to other customers and they have experienced the same issues. Management needs to take care of this situation.
Arrived 17 minutes late and the desk rep said she had to ask if I could still be seen by the physician. Rep came back and stated that I needed to reschedule. I drove over 45 miles for this visit and wasn’t even asked why I was late nor given a one-time exception. I understand timing is important and respect the rules however having to reschedule for a follow up that may have taken 15 minutes just because I was 17 minutes behind schedule is a bit inconsiderate. I went to the doctor two weeks ago.. she told me my blood pressure was dangerously high and she said she was putting me on blood pressure medication. She wanted me to do a chart for two weeks so they could track how the blood pressure medication was working. I still have not received my medicine. I have called every day for the last week and a half and they have still not called it in to the pharmacy. All this stress is definitely not helping..
I have been seeing Dr Heather for about 10 years. She is very thorough and patient, and the staff is very kind and friendly. I recommend this doctor for all healthcare needs.
