Let me start by saying i work in health care! i never would go out of my way to say something negative about a facility because i know how it is but My father in law has a degenerated disk in his neck. The spine institute sent him this morning to get a ASAP MRI and some X-rays! My father in law also has asthma and major lung issues and cannot control wheezing and cannot lay flat for a long period of time. The front office was great but the back staff was extremely rude. Our 9 month old had to have tubes put in his ears. I was super nervous because he was so young. But everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you Dr LeBlanc and our nurses Allison and Lauren for making it a smooth experience.
Always fun to see stereotypes in action. Told us to be here at 6:30AM. Woke Daniel up an hour and half early. Can't eat or drink anything until it happens. Do they care? Nope, going on an hour and a half now.

Finished preop paperwork three hours ago. Finally have accomplished EKG, but STILL waiting for lab to be drawn. Crazy long wait times. Unacceptable.
Great staff n friendly.... Loved the way they treated our girls... Making them feel comfortable n not to be afraid.... Our girls even said they want to go back... Yes only if we need too.... Thank you all for keeping our girls safe and happy.... N into feeling better!!! �
Had a great experience the nurses and doctor were amazing made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend it to all.
