Staff was very friendly during my pre op appointment and during my surgery appointment, so I can't complain about that. What I did not like is that I called 2 separate times and I was prompted to leave a message. The message said to leave reason for calling, name and phone number, and to not leave duplicate messages; that I would be called back, but I never did get a call back. I did not have a good experience here at this place! My 7 year old daughter had dental work done and it was not a great experience!! My daughter is a cardiac patient and her chart was not read thoroughly also the front desk receptionist is Very rude. I was given an aftercare packet, but there is no number to call for emergency to speak to a nurse. They didn’t no follow up. And I am so disappointed in the way the nurses and doctors took care of my daughter….

On Monday December 15, 2025, checked it at admissions for scheduled procedure with Doctor S. Vela. The hospital is the very best I have ever been in starting with the admission associate who was very professional, respectful and thorough. The nurses were so great professional, courteous, attentive to the business at hand and always with a smile.
