Love working out here! It's great to be able to go to a place that feels nonjudgmental if you don't look perfect. Everyone is on the same journey.

I have been going here for years and love it. The staff is exceptional, especially my dear friend Shary Elder, and always willing to help out any way you need.
Great facility!! Not like those "muscle head gyms". In fact it's too great--parking and workout machines are getting a little crowded. �
I have been a member for 7 months now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I am feeling more energetic and healthy thanks to my workouts.
