I like going here because it's got a lot of older folks like me that don't have the best looking toned bodies. And it's not crowded during the day so access to weight machines is better. I also like the indoor track for walking. Silver Sneakers classes are great too!
I have only been going to this fitness ctr since 1 Jun and have really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff has been. I enjoy the classes that are provided and have seen a strengthening in my legs that have helped me on stairs and just stepping up in my truck. Plus I feel so much better and have so much more energy!! Thanks to Vincent, Casey, Shary and Barb for all the help you provide.
Over the last few months, Christus St. Michael has replaced the old equipment with newer stuff. More plates are now available too. In the mornings before 10 lots of older persons are here, so if you are over 50 and want to meet some great people come on over for a visit.
This is THE best fitness center in Texarkana ! The staff is absolutely awesome & the environment is friendly & great equipment !
I have been a member of the St Michael Fitness Center for years, love the people and everything about it.
Atlanta gym... really nice place to work out. Lots of friendly staff. Jason has the place running well most days. I wish people would keep their sticky fingers to themselves so things like towels and sanitized wipes could stay replenished during non-staffed hours. We people that use the gym after normal hours would like the same benefits as the normal hour people.
