Have not even been able to get an appointment for my daughter. We have been waiting and all of a sudden they say they called twice and left a voicemail??? Never got a phone call!!!! Called the “manager” her best advice was for me to save their number?!??!? They will (circle) back to my daughter’s name.
My current professor began this clinic from the ground up. She is one of the most remarkable human beings and if you are able to come to this clinic you will be treated with compassion, kindness, and a part of a team who has your back.
If I could leave No Star for professionalism I would! My son had an appointment this morning at Cabrini Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Yesterday, a lady from their office called and confirmed the appointment for 9:40 AM.
