7 hour wait in ER. Was put in observation and never checked on again until morning, Will not go back!

I walked into my mother's ICU room this morning and she was in restraints. She was in a very horrible physical position with no support on her neck and back curved oddly from position bed was placed in. My mother's restraints were wrapped around her wrists more than 5 times. No movement at all. I asked how long she was in this position and no one would give me an answer. She was in so much pain. Continuation again: Well finally the cleaning lady came in to clean my mom room, my mother asked the lady why she had not been in to clean the room the woman said " I come in here every day and clean and change your bed" my mom told her I have been here for 6 days and you have not came to my room to clean I am here everyday and have not left this room not one time so you have not been here. Continuation from yesterday: Mom still in hospital still dealing with bad staff they come in take temperature about 5 times now since she has been in the hospital each time they take her temp as soon as it get to 98 degrees they take it out her and don't let it stay in until it beeps one person even said thats enough as soon as it hit 98 only one person left it in until it beep and it showed she have a temp. They have her hooked to a heart monitor but the leads are not hooked up she has asked them to remove it they say no... read more

My mom came to this hospital because she was in pain around 6:15am October 11th, 2017 she was there all day none of the staff offered her water or food at 7pm she had to tell them she needed food and water they told her I will give you water from the sink she told them no give me bottled water would you drink from the sink my insurance will pay for it I want bottled water. Over six hours still waiting in the lobby took my 77 year old mother no compassion she is in pain a woman that refuses to go to the doctor agreed to go to the er because of the pain
