From the morning we entered Christus emergency desperate in a state of panic which lead to my husband's week long stay. Christus staff was God sent and we are forever grateful. Your quick attention from doctors and nurses your knowledge and bedside manners were amazing. You guys were so kind. The entire staff was wonderful. We can't thank God enough for you

My sister is in the ICU. House keeping just arrived to clean her room that hasn't been cleaned since 8/19. It's currently 9p. They only cleaned it because my sister requested so. I've let the call bell go off for more than 30min just to see how long it would take. She's has sat in her own waste for hours. However Nikki, Ashli, Shelia and Quita was amazing.
They need a parking garage or a shuttle you will park a long way from entrance and 1 mile up the road u have WK hospital with a parking spot !
My son was in ICU this past July.Then he went to the third floor. Hospital failed to do the steps for his insurance to pay for his stay. Now he’s looking at a $10,000 bill. My son is severely Autistic young man. Who only has an income from SSI. Still waiting for Christus Highland medical to do the right thing. My son should not have to pay this Bill. It was not his fault, his Insurance would have paid the bill.
