The staff are courteous, professional, helpful, and compassionate. All this is amplified by the fact that they never know what is walking in the door and they still deal with everyone respectfully.
Been there twice.. great service and usually pretty fast.
Very pleased with visit today. In and out with X-rays in abt an hour. All the staff very kind, pleasant and very professional and competent. I drive 20 plus miles to use this location and always been pleased with service and care.
Next time I will pay to use an out of network location. This place took hours to be seen. The room is freezing cold. The nurse go snippy with me because I kept asking her to repeat herself because I couldn't her. If your going to have people wait hours then you should atleast have nicer chairs. I left with back pain on top of my other problems.
Visited the Staples location and was wowed by the friendliness and professionalism of all three women we interacted with: the receptionist, nurse, and NP. Head and shoulders above any other medical facility I have visited recently.
