Next time I will pay to use an out of network location. This place took hours to be seen. The room is freezing cold. The nurse go snippy with me because I kept asking her to repeat herself because I couldn't her. If your going to have people wait hours then you should atleast have nicer chairs. I left with back pain on top of my other problems.
Visited the Staples location and was wowed by the friendliness and professionalism of all three women we interacted with: the receptionist, nurse, and NP. Head and shoulders above any other medical facility I have visited recently.
Been to the other location no problems. Lady at the front desk was rude and condescending mind you this is over my 3 year old who’s sick. This is suppose to be a Christian based establishment but this lady obviously needs god or to be seen herself to act this way. Kindness and grace goes a long way.
Quick, Accurate (cannot emphasize that word enough) diagnosis. Got the much needed emergency care, saved a life that required emergency surgery (transferred for surgery). Success and just in time. Issues that (from another place) multiple doctors either ignored, blatant negligence, but we knew something was wrong. Went to the Christus Urgent Care, took appropriate measures and tests, immediately found the issues. Whereas others, for whatever reason, bypassed it.
