Whenever going to this office Crisilda at the front always seems to have an issue and attitude. Today on 09/15/2025 at 9 am my girlfriend asked her why she always had an attitude towards her and was always short. Then she said she’s like that because she busy. My girlfriend then asked her if she is nasty with everyone and she said “yeah, pretty much.” So we will never be attending this office ever again since apparently this is the type of behavior that is acceptable here.
Turned away my fiancé with bleeding wounds from a dog bite. Was given the insurance information for the workers' comp and was in the system ahead of time, but got turned away. Had to call back after we left and got in touch with the employer. Seemed like they just didn't want to do the work. Honestly, they need to do better. We could have paid out of pocket if needed, but instead were just turned away. Went to Christus ER on Saratoga and was seen immediately. They also agreed we should have been seen.
