First thing the nurse practitioner told us that he was only in the room fast because he was getting off at 5pm. Looked at my husband's leg and told us he couldn't do anything for him as he was already on antibiotics. He stated that it would take 36 hours for the antibiotics would start working. My husband had been taking them 4 days at the time. He said all he could do is draw a line around it and if it got worse go to the Emergency Room. Only one doctor to take care of whoever walks in, guy takes care of about 4-5 rooms at the same time, only listens to you for like a minute, he clearly doesn’t pay much attention to patients you can tell he’s rushing things all along. The customer service is trash. They bill me three months late and expected me to pay it without any discussion just a bill came in the mail for $200.
I think it depends on who you get. The nurse practitioner I had in the past was great but the lady I got today was terrible. When she walked in the room she asked rudely what exactly do you want me to do for you? It went downhill from there. She would ask a question and answer it herself. She seemed high on herself.
