Only one doctor to take care of whoever walks in, guy takes care of about 4-5 rooms at the same time, only listens to you for like a minute, he clearly doesn’t pay much attention to patients you can tell he’s rushing things all along. The customer service is trash. They bill me three months late and expected me to pay it without any discussion just a bill came in the mail for $200.
I think it depends on who you get. The nurse practitioner I had in the past was great but the lady I got today was terrible. When she walked in the room she asked rudely what exactly do you want me to do for you? It went downhill from there. She would ask a question and answer it herself. She seemed high on herself.
Went to location and it was almost 4:30pm and it show they close at that time and when a went in a horrible lady by the name of Virginia was working looking at me when I came in like she was pissed already. Told her if they took united health insurance and she said yes I told her my employer just changed my insurance frm blue cross blue shield to united health and they had given me all the information from the cards they were sending out in case I need to be seen and she rudely said oh no we can’t I need the actual card.
