Lady at front is rude and needs to communicate better.
disappointed with quality of care and pricing. 11/15/25 Went in for two concerns, Dr addressed one of the first and said he was going to take another look at my chart. Shortly after nurse came by and said I was all good to go, before addressing other concern. Was in for some hand pain and knee issue. Went in with pink eye and an upper respiratory 2 times over 3 days. After the first visit was told to go home and come back if symptoms persist, the first doctor was very nice lady and genuinely seemed like she wanted to help. The next time I came in was a clearly uninterested middle to late aged male doctor who clearly did not care to be there. I've been coming here for 3 years because is conveniently close to my home, I've never had any issues with any of the staff until today. The receptionist was very rude and condescending for not having a VA card. As a retired veteran, all we ever needed in the past was our DoD ID, or our Texas Driver's license which say veteran on it. I was trying to explain to her how even the own VA doesn't require us to have a VA card because we are retirees and she was very demeaning saying "I've meet other veterans that have it".
