Very nice staff and the dr’s take time with you, never felt like I was rushed, Dr Ancelet stays and answers all of your questions thoroughly and you don’t feel like you’re just a client of theirs. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new PCP
Amazing experience and saved my life going here. I had been attending another family practice center at Ochsner LSU's main hospital here in Shreveport. Though the nurses and staff were terrific at that location, the care began to change over time. I took a chance and went to this location after having a Breast MRI performed at the Christus BertKouns hospital. Outstanding experience! Everyone was very thorough and accommodating for myself and my husband. I absolutely hate filling out endless forms in a doctors office, so I love that I was able to do all that from the comfort of my home beforehand . Best of all, Dr. Ancelet and the nurse were very personable and understanding. When you visit this clinic, it’s like visiting family.
