The care and hospitality there are unbelievable!!!
I arrived at the ER due to a severe HS flare-up that had been getting progressively worse. From the very beginning, my experience was unacceptable. The nurse assigned to me never introduced herself until I specifically asked, and she never hooked me up to any monitors—even though I have hypertension. I could barely move from the pain, and despite the big sign saying *“Call, Don’t Fall,”* I wasn’t even given a call light.
