Emergency visits are never joyful; however, CHRISTUS Ochsner Lake Area Hospital made it as close to it as possible. When five teenagers come in, most people would turn to annoyance. They took care of us with love and patience, pouring into us (even at one in the morning). Nurse Michelle was such a light and even became a barista.... making us some yummy coffee. We are so grateful for them!!

I'm not quite sure how all of you have nothing but good to say....I was seen for back pain 6 days ago. The whole waiting room was empty, so empty that I was called to the side triage room to access my sypmtoms before the front desk could put on my bracelet. The nurse was very ehh I was asked a bunch of quick questions in a row which I didn't mind. Very quick and easy and the staff is very friendly and efficient definitely will go again every single time I need the ER visit

Definitely the best hospital around. Very professional and courteous. All the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
