My mom died there 10 months ago and still have no answers, apologies, accountability, and incomplete/redacted medical records. The Patient Advocacy Department is a joke as it was with the Palliative Care Team. Patient Advocacy treated me very rude and finally quit talking to me except this old lady who kept saying the investigation was over and to not call them back. Provider and team was knowledgeable and caring but communicated with us the lobby with other patients and treated us in the lobby area. Billing has been terrible since they incorrectly filed a diagnosis code. I also can't access my minor child's account to review and pay as they need to speak to the minor for access who is in school. Billing team needs cust. service training.

My mother in law went into the ER with an emergent situation at which they were very swift in their action. They did not right down the medicines she was allergic too, so therefore we were protecting her as everyone was trying to give her said medicine. After being admitted, onto the 3rd floor, Katie, Lindsey, and Devon were super in every way and deserve a raise. Interestingly, there are no doctors at Mother Francis. The protocol is that a NP or PA in an office commands your care. The nurses go to them explain the situation... read more
