Dr Addison is fantastic!!
I have now visited this ER three times, and unfortunately, I continue to feel that my concerns are not fully taken seriously. During my most recent visit: Dr. Kasi Addison made remarks suggesting that I was self-diagnosing using Google and stated that she thought I “just needed reassurance.” She also incorrectly described my jaw condition as arthritis, when in fact I have a missing bone and previously underwent a complete jaw replacement. This Health Establishment deserves a 0, and you use the name OF JESUS CHRIST AS A MARKETING TOOL. I had a allergic break and when I arrived, the receptionist said they were full but she could check me in. She did not as if I was okay. The on going conversation with the on security guard was more important. As soon as I left, the conversation continued. Best patient care ever!! Dr. Addison at this emergency room is excellent. She cares about her patients. I had severe pain due to a hernia. Now my pain level is like a 2 which is so much better than when I came in. Thank you Dr. Addison!
We rarely visit the doctor, only when absolutely necessary for our daughter. In the past, we had a decent experience here, but today’s visit with Dr. Marti Baum was so infuriating that it will likely prevent us from returning. Upon learning that our daughter is not vaccinated, Dr. Baum scolded and belittled us for our decision.
