My 10 year old son had to get an ultrasound done of his neck, because of a mass around his thyroid. The front desk lady and ultrasound tech were very polite and friendly. Our appointment was at 1:00, and we were the only people in the waiting room. We were told that we should hear back later that day, about our results and to be looking on my chart. Malpractice, neglect and desensitized of feelings… they resuscitated my grandfather who had a DNR. I can’t trust them to do the right thing.. if I am one foot in the grave, I would rather just go see Jesus than trust a bad hospital

I have now visited this ER three times, and unfortunately, I continue to feel that my concerns are not fully taken seriously. During my most recent visit: Dr. Kasi Addison made remarks suggesting that I was self-diagnosing using Google and stated that she thought I “just needed reassurance.” She also incorrectly described my jaw condition as arthritis, when in fact I have a missing bone and previously underwent a complete jaw replacement. This Health Establishment deserves a 0, and you use the name OF JESUS CHRIST AS A MARKETING TOOL. I had a allergic break and when I arrived, the receptionist said they were full but she could check me in. She did not as if I was okay. The on going conversation with the on security guard was more important. As soon as I left, the conversation continued.
