My mom died there 10 months ago and still have no answers, apologies, accountability, and incomplete/redacted medical records. The Patient Advocacy Department is a joke as it was with the Palliative Care Team. Patient Advocacy treated me very rude and finally quit talking to me except this old lady who kept saying the investigation was over and to not call them back.
