My mother came by ambulance to the main facility from the ER. This place was unwelcoming; most of the staff I encountered were unfriendly. Nursing staff would disappear or not show up when needed. They explained nothing upon discharge. The doctors were condescending, and the room’s chair had soiled pads and bedding left piled up. Had to have a stay at the hospital by coming through NorthPark ER. Quality care from beginning to end. Thank you to everyone from the ER to E100 staff.
Just awful... everything.. And you have to be a certain kind of person to be a priority.. unfortunately

Staff needs trained or retrained about HIPPA Regulations and informed that the Patient Experience includes every interaction the patient has with employees of the hospital.
