It was totally unprofessional, nursing staff uncaring, left in a freezing ER room for 1.5 hours with no one checking in. I told them originally that there were a couple of my meds that I needed to take, totally unresponsive. I was told in ER that I had a massive infection WBC was extremely high. Once I got to room, I asked hospitalist and they advised nothing really showed where it was but they were giving me antibiotics! They did NOT feed me twice on my visit after I was taken off MPO. Once for breakfast, 2 days later .... lunchtime. I was furious 🤬. I asked for the administrator, no one came. The hospitality person called, but never came by the room. They attempted to bring "what they could find" in the kitchen. I just felt neglected and looked over, as if I was the butt end of a joke. Finally I got discharged. I just wanted to go outside and peacefully wait on my sister to pick me up. We went to subway on the way home.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff that make every visit so smooth. They really took an interest in my son and had the same goal we did, to get him back on the field his Senior year!
I went in to labor and delivery a few days ago for a scheduled induction. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I absolutely loved all of my nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologist Richard! My care team was Erin, Cayden, and Kathleen as well a couple of other amazing women. I had a bad experience during my first birth so I came in with hesitation but they all reassured me that I was okay and I could do it.
