I’m only giving it a 2-star because of caring nurse who evaluated me. And the office staff I spoke with. But the physical therapist who came out was a HUGE disappointment. First, she just sat in her car in front of my house a pretty long time. When she did decide to get out, her attitude was immediately negative. She came in discouraging me from using the service. Here is just my opinion. If all you need is someone to show up when ever they show up and take vitals and leave, this place is as good as any. Low expectations are probably very doable for them. However, if you need schedule highly skilled nursing that is consistent and honest, I would suggest looking elsewhere and getting patient recommendations. I regret hiring them and I am very happy that I fired them yesterday. This is not true of all of the Nurses. 2 seemed quite competent. The others just seemed like people who haven'... read more
