took my mom here and they discharged her with an i.v. still in her arm. after I called acted surprised like it was no big deal. I quit using any and all good shepherd and christus facilities and hope this will make my mother do the same.
Beware: In my experience and opinion Good Shepard is not Veteran Friendly.
they push you though there like cattle ,but they don't do anything for you
These people literally do not care and show 0 empathy when it comes to children. I come from Florida where we had Florida Hospital and they’re amazing. These nurses need to understand regardless how minor things may seem to them, for us parents it’s not so minor. Get some bedside manners. And to the nurse who “swabbed” my son for RSV by literally just placing it in his nostril and not going further up the passage, my sons pediatrician was pretty unhappy when I told him this as it should have been placed farther up and my son... read more

Great nurses and doctors. We were in and they took care of us quickly and found out what was wrong with out little one.
