The care was substandard for our family member. The staff lacked professionalism.
Our family had the difficult task of searching for an LTAC facility for our daughter Lora. We are so furtunate to have Dubuis Hospital so close to home. It became our home away from home. While providing her with excellent medical care, the entire team from the Administration team, Nurses, Therapist, Aides, Housekeeping and the Dr.s treated our Lora and all of us like family. One star because it won't let me rate any lower. The attitudes of staff were horrid. I had a doctor walk away from me while asking questions. A respiratory therapist so hateful I was in tears. Nightmare experience all around.
