Christopher’s is the quintessential definition of elegant dining. Nothing pretentious, only a quiet undertone of sophistication, coupled with a genuine desire to provide its patrons the best culinary experience possible. We were seeking a perfect place for a perfect evening and we found it at Christopher’s.
Not Ruth's Chris but darn good. We went for a Birthday Dinner.
Exceptional atmosphere, food, and service! Grass-fed beef at its finest!! So yummy, and the chicken Florentine was wonderful. It's not often we feel a waiter contributes to the dining experience, but ours did. He even surprised us with complementary chocolate dipped strawberries at the end, just because. You could tell he really cared about the restaurant and about the people he served. Thank you Ignacio!!!
The food was excellent! The atmosphere is gorgeous. The service was excellent! The drinks were really good too! It was a great way to spend my birthday.
Food was mediocre, limited menu selections, no Porterhouse was available. $ 208 for dinner for 2 seemed a bit excessive. You can have a steak dinner at other fine restaurants for less( Morton's, Ruth's Chris, Vic and Anthony's)service was just Ok, server was not too knowledgeable on wine pairings.
Quiet and classy, a bit spendy but as soon as you taste the food the price no longer matters. Absolutely phenomenal steak and somehow the sides are even better.. Try the almond-crusted baked brie to get started, and prepare for your idea of what good food should be to change forever.
Cold air pouring out of the vents when it's 50 degrees outside. New York strip was ok but nothing special. Brussels sprouts were the same. BBQ shrimp was way too salty. And I'm usually an easy grader. On the bright side, the waitress was very nice.
