I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. The office was easy enough to find. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
