Dr Vendryes, and his MA, are wonderful. His office staff is the worst I have ever had to deal with! Calling the office is worthless. You never speak to a human being! It is impossible to get a refill on a prescription. My husband is the patient, and very sick. I am not always able to leave him to drive to the office, but that is thee only way to get a refill, or answer to a question!
Absolutely 💯 top treatment from the minute I walked into the office until my treatment was completed. This included hospital time. I was referred by my internist and there could not have been any better referral. Absolutely FANTASTIC care and especially the medical results. A+++
You will wait hours. All the times I went, I had to wait 2 or more hours. Only his time is worth anything. That's just either incompetence on the scheduler or arrogance on the Dr. Either way I left and found a great Dr and the wait time has never been longer than 15 to 20 minutes.
2.5- 3 hour ordeal every appointment. People have lives and he doesn't seem to care. I have seen 4 different urologist 4 years due to moves. He's the only one that just goes in, all others use some sort of fluid , waits five minutes then go up inside. His way causes me to bleed for a day and painful urination, nothing at all with the others. Maybe he needs more training on respect and procedure.
Dr. Vendryes I met for about half a second at the hospital before having a stent placed for a kidney stone! To start my saga I was sent home with no pain medication or antibiotics as I was told would be a must. I was told only the doctor who put it in can take it out.
