Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson! His staff is very friendly and courteous. He communicated everything that needed to be done and was very thorough. He is a very good periodontist and will use him again if needed!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson. He was recommended to us by our orthodontist to expose some teeth that were impacted. He was very pleasant, had great prices, a very nice office and treated my daughter with a lot of care. She was scared to death and he made her feel at ease. He explained everything carefully to her and she said he was very sweet during the whole procedure as was his assistant. The whole staff is extremely pleasant. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
