I had a very disappointing experience with Oliver Chiropractor, particularly with their billing practices. There appears to be a serious lack of attention to detail when it comes to accounting. I was charged for an appointment I never attended—scheduled on a day the office was actually closed. Although I disputed this charge at the time and was under the impression it would be resolved, I have now received a statement for $755, despite not having visited the clinic beyond two sessions years ago. The services at the Herndon location are excellent I've had remarkable results I would recommend anyone to go see Dr. Oliver and his team.
Leah, Jasmine and Dr. Oliver are super nice and have been very helpful through this whole experience! My pain has reduced greatly and I feel like my shoulders, neck and knees are getting better with each visit. 😊 My favorite is the electric therapy, feels amazing!
