Dr. Isham is world class! He was super knowledgeable, kindly responsive to my questions, and very objective in providing optimal care.
Recently had to change insurance plans and made sure I could keep Dr. Isham as my primary. He's pleasant, listens to you, and you can tell his support staff loves him. Also, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins.
Dr Isham is really great. I have had some bad PCPs in the past but he really makes you feel heard and asks a lot of questions that other PCPs did not to make sure we covered everything from dermatology to ENT and mental issues. I feel very at ease with him. However, one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude when I mentioned that I was late due to a confusing location text and had to drive to 2 offices. Probably one of the kindest doctors I've ever had. He really listens to you and doesn't belittle you over things you cannot control, like other doctors I have had in the past. Doctor Isham is knowledgeable and has great bedside manners.
