:::Update::: Dr Edge is no longer at Atrium Mental health. Once again Atrium lost an asset. I wish we could find the offices he has relocated to!! I have always had pretty bad experiences with the offices at Billingsley. I will say we were extreamly grateful to have been assigned to Dr. Edge. He actually takes the time to get to know and check in with you, asking questions and listening to responses. The most patient person I've ever met! Very professional and experienced, yet personable and relatable. He took his time to gain my daughter's trust.
I took my son here after a brief stay at the hospital. I thought Mr. Edge was ok, so when I talked to my son's Pediatrician about putting my on back on meds I went back to him. He was very unprofessional. My son is autistic and he called him slow. He then proceeded to ask what his IQ was after calling him slow. I was confused and upset. I don't know what kind of Psychiatrist call people slow. My son is very reclusive and had some issues a while back with depression. I can't imagine how he deals with other patients.
