Able to schedule appts and tests quickly if a problem arises. Dr. Sofianos is a very caring doctor and listens to your questions.
It is really a shame that an overly aggressive collection department spoils what was otherwise a very positive experience. 9 months after I rescheduled my appointment (successfully I thought) I received a collection email from Gastro Health. I have called 2 other times about this incorrect bill. It is what earned their business only a single star in my opinion.
My intake nurse. Nicole was exceptional, she was so attentive and so understanding and really listened to what I had to say. You better give her a raise so she will stay. Dr. Sofianos is so gentle and attentive and is very good
