It was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. Dr. McClellan took so much time to explain things to me. Entire staff made me feel that they really cared about me.

I am being treated by Dr. McClelland for bilateral TKR. During my visit to his medical office, his staff was extremely courteous and helpful. It was a stressful situation for me and his well trained staff made feel very comfortable under the circumstances. Once Dr. McClelland reviewed my x-rays, he brought me into his office and explained my knee problems to me in easy to understand language. I would give Chris and his whole organization more than 5 stars if I could,he looks you in the eye when listening to you and not a laptop,and addresses any and all your concerns,before reaches for the door handle,my surgery was at Conamauh Nason,they were great,if you do all your pre and post exercises you're recovery will go a lot better,I'm looking forward to my surgery in September when I get my other knee done.they will get you scheduled as soon as possible and not wait month's like some other places Dave Heltman
