This guy is a cruel idiot. He lied and made up nonsense and put in in my medical notes. He has no empathy. He treat like a patient shaped thing. I called patient relations an ripped them a new one. Seriously, patient relations reps need to get this guy canned. You don't deserve the consequences of his actions. I then wrote an AMENDMENT to my MEDICAL RECORDS that this terrible, I mean that, person will never forget.
