Dr Ahmad and his team are simply incredible. From the first visit with our son through the recovery room after surgery, they put us completely at ease with what was a very trying time for our family. We are very grateful we were able to get in to see Dr Ahmad, Frank & team. The absolute best - many thanks again.
Rushed care with a condescending attitude and aggressive tone. Seems smart but I took 3 hours out of my day to see this guy, and he just wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible.
The front office staff was super busy, but truly wonderful. Polite, friendly, and laughing and chatting with patients as if the patient was their only concern. Even as they were very very busy. Dr Ahmad was lovely, and the PA Frank was informative, plain spoken and friendly. Dr Ahmad came across as calm and kind, with a palpable gravitas. I was recommended to see Dr Ahmad by a chiropractor. The experience with himself and the office couldn’t have been any more horrendous. I made an appointment for a shoulder issue. His visit took less than 3 minutes altogether. I was asked if I had X rays for the issue which I replied that I did and had brought the disc. He then said that he didn’t even want to look at the X rays and wants an MRI scheduled as soon as possible. Dr Ahmad is an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately there is VERY poor communication in his office/ team. Calls are not returned, extreme delays with handling medical forms and multiple calls over multiple days to get any response.
